Clear Channel Radio Re-branding

It was announced today that Clear Channel, my least favorite company, is re-branding its largest and most well-known division, Clear Channel Radio, as Clear Channel Media and Entertainment. They are doing this to encompass its many listening platforms (such as iHeartRadio, etc) in to one division. This announcement comes about one year after Cox Enterprises re-branded its media properties in to one division as Cox Media Group (or CMG). This is one of the first SMART decisions Clear Channel has made (in my opinion). They are doing this to accurately represent all of the platforms their stations are available on.

Again, thanks so much for reading and KEEP RADIO ALIVE!!
